Enterprise launches global “Here For It” campaign featuring real team members

For the first time, the Enterprise brand is launching a global, multilingual marketing campaign spotlighting real employees and the company’s tailored mobility solutions.

This campaign is of particular interest to UK-based business travellers who rely on Enterprise for car hire and mobility support, especially when travelling across North America and Europe. The initiative reinforces Enterprise’s commitment to delivering consistent service excellence across international markets, whether customers are booking from a local office or at an overseas airport.

Titled “Here For It”, the campaign will roll out across TV, online video, digital, social, and audio platforms in English, French, German, Spanish and French Canadian. The UK launch is scheduled for June, following the initial rollout in the US. Other markets, including Canada, Germany, France, Spain and Ireland, will follow shortly thereafter.

Enterprise, the flagship brand of Enterprise Mobility, is using this campaign to highlight its extensive service capabilities—from business and commercial rentals to insurance replacement and leisure travel. The campaign is designed to bring to life the company’s 70-year commitment to personalised, locally informed customer service.

“Long recognised as a global leader in car rental, ‘Here For It’ demonstrates how our extensive neighbourhood network, airport locations and wide range of mobility lines create new opportunities for us to serve our customers,” said Kyle Sanborn, vice president of global brand strategy and marketing activation at Enterprise Mobility. “The Enterprise commitment to customer service excellence takes centre stage in this campaign, demonstrating how our team members go the extra mile to tailor solutions that meet the ever-growing needs of leisure, commercial and replacement customers.”

The creative features Enterprise employees from the UK, Germany and Spain, underscoring the company’s international presence and local expertise. With operations now spanning more than 90 countries and territories, Enterprise franchise partners around the globe will also be able to adapt and share the campaign in their local markets.

Enterprise collaborated with global advertising agency BBDO to develop the campaign. “Enterprise built a legacy based on a commitment to customer service. Notably, Enterprise’s model includes a decentralised operational structure, allowing regional leaders to make decisions that best reflect the needs of local customers. This, according to Sanborn, has created “an entrepreneurial culture with local leaders and teams who know their communities inside and out,” adding that ‘Here For It’ showcases Enterprise’s “localised understanding of customer needs. Around the corner and around the world, Enterprise is here for it.”
