Condor adds London Gatwick to European network
Condor will add London Gatwick to its network for the first time from April 2026, launching three daily flights between Frankfurt and London and further expanding its European operations.
For Global Travel Management’s UK-based customers who travel on business, this development provides an additional, high-frequency link between London and one of Europe’s most significant commercial centres, offering flexibility for day trips, short-notice meetings and multi-sector itineraries across Europe and beyond.
Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor, said:
“With London Gatwick, we are adding another exciting metropolis to our city network, offering business travelers and city tourists even more options. The launch of this route is another clear signal of our growth in the European market.”
Jonathan Pollard, Chief Commercial Officer, London Gatwick said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Condor to London Gatwick, providing an important gateway to Frankfurt for passengers across London and the South East. This is a key link between London and one of Europe’s most influential financial hubs, and with Frankfurt’s excellent cultural offering, Condor’s three flights daily flights will provide excellent connectivity for business and leisure passengers.”
London remains one of Europe’s leading centres for business travel and financial services, and Condor’s new route provides enhanced access to the Greater London area, supporting business travellers who need reliable, frequent flight options. The airline highlights that the three-times-daily service will be equally attractive for short business trips and leisure breaks.
Alongside the new London route, Condor has confirmed further expansion to its network. Weekly nonstop flights between Düsseldorf and Sulaymaniyah in northern Iraq will resume from December 2025, reconnecting an important market for passengers visiting family and friends. In June 2026, Tbilisi, the Georgian capital, will be added with daily flights from Frankfurt, offering access to a destination known for its cultural diversity, history and hospitality. Together, these additions reflect Condor’s strategy to strengthen its footprint in high-growth markets.
Paul Baker, Sales Director of Global Travel Management, said:
“This is very welcome news for UK-based business travellers. Additional frequencies between London and Frankfurt give our customers more choice, better scheduling flexibility and greater resilience when planning important trips to one of Europe’s key business hubs. We look forward to helping travellers make the most of this new route.”
