Global Travel Management named Business Travel Team of the Year 2025
Global Travel Management has been named Business Travel Team of the Year 2025 at the prestigious Business Travel People Awards, a recognition that celebrates the company’s dedication to delivering exceptional service and expertise to corporate travellers in the UK and beyond.
The accolade highlights the company’s continued success in providing reliable, efficient and personalised travel management for UK-based professionals whose work takes them across the country and around the world.
The Business Travel People Awards, organised annually by The Business Travel Magazine, recognise outstanding achievements within the business travel industry. In 2025, Global Travel Management reached the final in three categories, ultimately securing the top honour of Business Travel Team of the Year. The company was also shortlisted for Sustainability Team of the Year, while Managing Director Scott Pawley was a finalist in the individual category, TMC - Above and Beyond.
Reflecting on the win, Scott Pawley, Managing Director of Global Travel Management, said:
“Being named Business Travel Team of the Year is justification of the hard work every member of our team puts in, every day, for every customer and for every trip.”
He added:
“We were especially touched by the many messages of congratulation we received on social media and by email, especially from our wonderful customers.”
Natalie Pawley, Director at Global Travel Management, shared the excitement of the evening, saying:
“The award is further recognition of the team’s efforts, hard work and diligence.” She recalled the moment their name was announced: “My first reaction was excitement – immediately followed by nervousness, because the band struck up and I thought we were going to be asked to dance!”
Both agreed that the recognition belongs to the entire organisation.
Natalie said:
“To be honest, Global Travel Management is our family, friends and colleagues – we’re all delighted. Everyone in the company was equally thrilled.”

Looking ahead, Natalie noted:
“It can’t help but elevate the perception of Global Travel Management among our peers and the companies we work with.”
Scott reflected on how the award could shape the company’s standing within the wider industry:
“It’s for others to decide how they think of us. But being named the Business Travel Team of the Year makes a hugely positive statement about Global Travel Management. It hasn't got me the best table in any restaurants yet, but it’s a very helpful door-opener when we’re looking to talk to prospective clients and suppliers.”
When asked where the award will be displayed, Scott said:
“Our award will take pride of place in our boardroom for visitors to see, every time we’re on a Teams call or having face-to-face meetings.”
Commenting on the win, Paul Baker, Sales Director at Global Travel Management, said:
“This award is a testament to the professionalism, expertise and dedication of our entire team. It’s fantastic recognition of the work we do to support UK-based business travellers and ensure that every journey – whether domestic or international – runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.”
Global Travel Management extended thanks to The Business Travel Magazine for hosting the event, to the many industry colleagues and partners who sent congratulations, and to its loyal customers for their ongoing trust and inspiration.
