A live performance at Radisson RED brings City Beats to life, turning the hotel into a stage that captures the rhythm and creative energy of the destination.

The initiative is delivered through three distinct creative routes. Sounds of the City captures the essence of each destination by remixing urban soundscapes into original musical compositions, using everything from street chatter to iconic landmarks as raw material. Live From @City transforms Radisson RED hotels into cultural hubs, hosting rooftop sessions, DJ residencies and influencer-led events. Music Itineraries guide guests through curated routes of iconic venues, underground scenes and creative hotspots, co-created with local musicians.

Across the UK and beyond, Radisson RED hotels are already bringing City Beats to life. At Radisson RED Liverpool and Radisson RED Galway, electro-acoustic innovator Ain TheMachine remixes the sounds of the streets, from dockside sculptures and postboxes in Liverpool to pub banter, harbour gulls and crashing waves in Galway. These soundscapes are integrated into the guest experience through on-property audio moments, curated playlists, original compositions and artist-led content that reflect the spirit of each city.

At Radisson RED Cape Town V&A Waterfront, City Beats captures the rhythm of the city through rooftop DJ sets, sunrise soundscapes and collaborations with content creator Chris Glaze, blending everything from marimba echoes to quiet morning brews. Radisson RED Tbilisi takes a similarly immersive approach, working with local creatives to layer street markets, metro melodies, galleries and underground beats into a modern audio portrait of the Georgian capital.

In Glasgow, music is already a defining feature of the Radisson RED experience, with City Beats enhancing the hotel’s established reputation for DJ-led culture, skyline energy and live events. The hotel has hosted artists including Franz Ferdinand, Tom Walker, Callum Beattie and Marti Pellow of Wet Wet Wet, and now introduces bespoke music itineraries that guide guests through local venues, creative spaces and riverside routes, ensuring the city’s rhythm becomes part of every stay.
